January 18, 2007 - So over the past week, I've rewritten the first chapter in script form, and then several others after that... and finally have new material. Assuming all goes as lanned, the first half of the script version of Volume 1 will be completed by Saturday, no problem. With any luck, volume 1 will be completed within a month and the script version might find its way to the site. This series lends itself to different formats, and as time goes on the best ones get more and more difficult to create. The main reason these chapters are in script form is because I randomly started writing some things in script form while taking notes on ... something, and decided that it lends itself to accomplishing things. However, it isn't really the most appropriate format for Taoe, and I've seen my share of complaints about said format, so I will likely put this version in the literary archives and release the official version in a less free (and hopefully galaxies better) format sometime in the near future. .

The only thing wrong with script format is that it tends to lack powerful detail... something easily remedied by having a good imagination! So if you don't like scripts, it isn't Cajones's problem, it's yours! Quit watching TV and go read more!

That's true. Though the first chapter in script form is lacking in detail just because I got tired of rewriting the same stuff in the same way... the newer portions get more detailed. And I like details. So naturally I want to include them.

I like details... I just am not so good at doing them consistantly. Which is why Herendil is getting a major rewrite.

And useful those reviews were! *sees a lot of things from early chapters that are going to need worked on and a lot of things from later chapters that also need work and laughs because they are different kinds of things*

*suddenly realizes that it wouldn't be anime unless a Japanese animation studio made it* I don't know, something about the atmosphere makes me think of a certain presentation style... I just can't figure out what it is.

*considers putting it in the members' area* *doesn't want to convert it to html format for that* *realizes that Freeservers doesn't allow datafiles to be in a different directory from linkage, so it should still work*

Members' area update. . It's a textfile, and linebreaks aren't inserted appropriately, so viewing it in the webbrowser might be difficult. Note also that after the fourth rewrite of the intro, which has very little differing from the past versions, the first bit of this version is really cheap... and the brief scene between Black Eagle and the Chairman at the beginning is supposed to be a summary, not anything in character.

Well, it's only around 15000 words currently, so it wouldn't take long... seeing as it's... a part... thing... *sighs at what to do with time*

Meh, you're freakin' telling me... I've spent the last year and a half searching for my purpose after I thought I had figured it out... I found out I was wrong and I'm still looking. Was I wiser then? More naive? Or has my purpose just changed?

Or is it an allusive idea that will bring great distress upon those that seek it, but great something to those that find it...?
