Originally this was just a neat idea that I didn't really expect to act on. Then I listened to a couple episodes of the AVA podcast (Language advisery... o.o), and ... well...
For those who don't know, a podcast is basically a lengthy radioshow-type recording that is distributed via rss or ITunes or something like that. (But seeing as I've listened to three different podcast series now, it's a given that subscriptions aren't necessary, they're just the cool thing o.o).
So basically, I was thinking that as soon as I get some projects going, I might find a way (with my sound editing software being wav and midi based at the moment) to get a podcast of sorts going.
Originally it wasn't really anything but messing around--I'd listened to the daizex podcast and then wound up recording a 20+ minute conversation with another guy.
And then I listened to ava acts and saw that it ran more like one of those lengthy compound shows, or heck, even a TV chanel or something (LOL), and then I realized that this could allow me to put together a lot of things into something easy for people to deal with (urm... if you can hear... -.-. Stupid me), and heck, it'd be fun... *eats bandwidth*.
So it wouldn't start until I have more content to include *Points at the psaudio play auditions*, but it'd wind up including... well... that, I guess, and anything else of interest, along with any information that is worth including at the time. And I'm hoping that if it actually winds up happening, I can find a way to get people (probably the guy from the random convo^_^) on so it's not my annoyingness the whole time.
So the question: is it worth it?
