If I recall correctly we did that once... although I don't recall exactly what I was doing at the time, because it certainly wasn't related....
My grandfather's father (well, that'd be great grandpa wouldn't it?) had some chickens... that layed eggs....
And one time when they cracked the eggs, the yolk was green.
So they killed all the chickens (If it's a disease, you don't want it spreading...).
Got more chickens.
More green eggs!
Turns out the greenness was from the cooler they were eating out of. o.o
