And I'm really trying to avoid e-mailing people, for some reason. v.v.

*dittoes that* Oh! *wonders how the subscribe-to-thread and bookmark features work* *considers making something similar* Um, something that would just say - add to favorites - link appears in the header of the page or something... And... at some point in the past couple days I started looking at the whole messageboard game thing again... and I really have no idea where to start on it, but I guess it could be coolish.. *wonders what ratios to resize the pictures in DBZ RPG to* Ah! *sigh*

Have you been working on another podcast, or are things too crazy right now?

Post by cajones on Aug 14, 2006 9:08:47 GMT -5
The latter. o.o. I'll have to pull up some major energy to get the final pieces of the PS cast to fall into place. That and I'm still needing lines from Elitper and Chalkion, but seeing as I leave tomorrow... anything I don't get today will have to wait, which is irritating, since I did kind of want to work on mixing if my net access is jeopardized. I should do a podcast though, just so there's something up... I'll probably record it on this computer and make it all ... urm... less than amazing... *sigh*. Nah, that's a bad idea. But eh.

I'd be surprised if you don't have 'net access at school. Actually, that would just be stupid.

Hmm... I need to get something done today...

I always need to get something done. . I should have maybe brought the jumpdrive with da stuff on it... but I've got backed up copies, so I can at least read everything and maintain interest... *Considers working on second EC game design* I should just... specify the differences... ^_^. I yi yi... *needs to work on the other EC game design* Eep! I need to work on a very large amount of things. I read a timeline for J1 I started in 2004 and didn't finish (hence many things have changed since then...). It wasn't a timeline so much as a summary of everything that happens from the earliest point in the timeline up to 2004 (I don't remember if the event is in 2004, but I'm going to think it is for now...). Umm... I really don't want to waste time with all of this; there's just... so much stuff! And none of it's getting done. . *wants to make comics* Hmm... What's this I hear about paper that puffs upon contact with moisture? Can we control shading? Yes? Then perhaps add color later? *thwacks feverblisters*. No, I couldn't serialize anything if it wasn't in color. *considers imagining what EC would be like in black and white* o.o...

J1? That makes it sound like you're leaving things open for a few Jeqo universes...

|
Post by cajones on Aug 22, 2006 14:15:35 GMT -5
Well, sorta, but I don't have this vast Marvel and DC set up with like dozens of different parallel versions of the universe... Lezee, so far I have... well... I shouldn't say. . I've got a (very old) page on it at home... Lezee... Hehehe! I forget how much opportunity there is for speculation in this area... *should release more stuff just so it can be speculated on*. . . . Oh, this will be fun. It'd be more fun if someone else wrote it ... hahaha... *doesn't expect to see any Jeqo-based fan sites in the near future*... that would be freaking sweet... LOL... *doesn't care about popularity* *finds fansites to be cool when in the right hands*. <-- this mainly comes from the handful of cool DBZ, MK, Starwars, X-Men, HP, Etc, Etc, Etc fansites I've seen... ^_^. Umm... *gets back on topic*. J1 is just the term I came up with because just saying the Jeqo universe seems dangerous, though maybe calling it the J1 timeline is more appropriate. Of course we still don't know if EC and PS are in the same universe or not, so nya. And I'm not going to say. At least not until I see an intelligent fan discussion on it... Hahaha... *ROFL*...

Ok, well I believe that it is very possible that Planet Seva and Extreme Clashers take place in the same universe. *hopes this becomes a semi-intelligent fan conversation* Planet Seva only has a very brief view of Earth, and the view that is given is that of the average-ish human, not ones that would know about ki and flying super-powered people and all that. The 'Clashers'' powers seem to be fairly secret, and few tend to believe in them or know about them, perhaps thanks to the Dark Legion.
And even if they are in the same universe, they don't have to be at the same time. There could be several years of difference between them. For all we know, Planet Seva is in the future... there isn't a very big look at Earth technology, just enough to see that it is similar to our Earth, while EC seems to be close to the present, although slightly in the future.

LOL... When I said fan conversation, the idea is that it'd involve multiple fans... LOL. ^^.
I will say this though: EC takes place in 2000. The pseudo-advanced technology and stuff kind of poses a problem... but I found a sollution for that... PS takes place in 2003. *notices a pattern*. So far, it seems easily possible that they take place in the same universe... but that's with only two pieces of the timeline to go on. *thinks of something that isn't quite sure of for something later*. Hmm...

Hmm... *should work on Legions* Wait... I should release other stuff first. O.O! And I should probably change the GD stuff. *suddenly realizes that GD could be taken to mean something it wasn't meant to*
Uh. I should call peoples...
*ahem*.
EC Vs. DBZ. Coming to a playstation near you? Nah... but that'd be somewhat coolish. (Somehow that last sentence from "playstation" was spliced to a different part of the post... o.o...) Though EC Vs. PS might be interesting... but it'd involve a lot of crazy stuff at this point. Heh heh... *Is tempted to hint about a hidden jq in JL*

Haheha. JL was starting to feel a little too much like Budokai as far as variety goes. *fixes with the most hidden character of them all* LOL... Considers making a next-gen version of JL* Hahaha... *Changes it to Next-Jen so it's a play on Jeqo gaming platforms*
[edit] Ok, so I probably got owned worse than I have in a while on JL... o.o... *needs to fix shield transfer* *realizes that would make the beetle fight even harder* *sigh*. And... I don't know if it saved because it gave me a "cookie is restricted based on your privacy settings" message...[/edit]

or break it into 2 parts, but you'd have to find a good stopping point for that even.

Well... that might not be hard... Heh... I could just... ... hmm. Well, 49 minutes. If I cut that in half... it's 24 and a half, which gives enough time for an intro on each, and I can probably edit it down enough to fit news if I make it a two-part episode that isn't released at once. Hah! Ye-es!
